Had a fabulous time at Aqualava Water Park with my kids 11 and 10. It is big enough to entertain them all day but not too big that I didn't feel I could let them explore the rides alone. Reasonable prices for food and drinks. Would definitely recommend.

What to Expect at Aqualava Water Park

There's never a bad time to go to a water park, and Aqualava Water Park in Playa Blanca is one of the very best! A tribute to the natural beauty of Lanzarote and its volcanoes, Aqualava is a sustainable park, with geothermal energy-heating pools. At Aqualava Beach, enter the wave pool and feel like you are at a beach. The best part about the wave pool is that it has saltwater that is unique in Lanzarote! For a shot of drenaline, head over to Corsario Bay and have a go on the slides and ramps. The water depth here is adapted for little ones too, so the entire family can join in on the fun. The truly daring can brave the Timan Fire, home to five fun slides, with several loops. When you're done monkeying around, make your way to Magma River and navigate the waters using single or double floats. It's a ton of fun!

If you get hungry in the middle of all your adventures, show yourself to Timi Kitchen restaurant where you can savor a buffet. Alternatively, sip on a fruit juice or enjoy an ice cream at the Timi Shop. You can also buy a souvenir of the mascot Timi to remember your special day.

Note that the following are not allowed inside the pool or rides: food and beverages, glasses, watches, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, rings and cameras.
