Outside food and drinks

Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed, especially large picnics and glass containers. Small snacks and plastic water bottles are usually tolerated, but enforcement may vary. Plan to purchase main meals and drinks inside the park.

Glass bottles

Glass bottles are strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Please use plastic or metal containers only.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the park. Exceptions are made for service animals as permitted by Spanish law.

Service animals

Service animals are allowed in accordance with Spanish law. Please notify staff if you are accompanied by a service animal.

Children with height less than {{height}}

Certain slides and attractions have minimum height requirements for safety. Children below the posted height limits may not use these rides. Please check signage at each slide.

Children under the age of 12

Young children are restricted from using high-thrill slides and must remain in designated kids’ areas and pools. Age and height requirements are posted at each attraction.

Guests with mobility issues

Guests with mobility issues may find most slides inaccessible due to stair-only access. Pools and relaxation areas are generally accessible, but slide towers require climbing stairs.

Flip flops

Flip flops or water shoes are allowed in common areas but must be removed before using slides. Surfaces can get hot in summer, so water shoes are recommended for walking between attractions.
