  • What to bring

    • Wear a set of warm base layers such as thermals, fleece, or wool, and don’t forget thick socks, gloves, and a hat.

    • Bring protective cases for your camera gear and keep it inside your jacket when not in use to prevent battery drain and condensation issues.

    • Handy extras like sunglasses and lip balm can make time outdoors in Arctic weather more comfortable.

    What’s not allowed

    • For everyone’s safety, consuming alcohol or taking part while intoxicated is strictly prohibited.

    • Please avoid bringing oversized bags or heavy luggage, as storage space on transfers and during activities is very limited.

    • Smoking is restricted during the experience, including in vehicles, around the animals, and during activities.

    Accessibility

    • This excursion is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users, as it involves snowy, uneven ground and climbing into sleighs.

    • Guests should be comfortable walking short distances, getting in and out of sleighs, and spending time standing outdoors in wintry conditions.

    Additional information

    • The trip runs for approximately six hours and is designed for both adults and children to enjoy.

    • Guests can join the tour at the Snowmobile Park City Office (Koskikatu 8) at 9am. An alternative meeting point is the Snowmobile Park Safari House (Joulumaantie 5) at 8:45am.

    • Please make sure to arrive on time, as missing the meeting point or departure means you will not be able to join the safari, and refunds are not available.
