The entrance is step-free and suitable for wheelchairs and strollers, though some pathways within the ruins are uneven or gravelly. Ticket counters and security checks are located here, and this is the primary access point for all visitors, including those arriving by car, bus, or on foot from Olympia village.
Audio guides are available for rent at the museum entrance in multiple languages, subject to availability.
A souvenir shop is located at the museum, offering books, replicas, and gifts.
A café and refreshment bar are available between the archaeological site and museum. Please note, food and drinks are not allowed inside the site or museum.
