    It was a fantastic experience. The staff were really good, they knew what to do and took care of us. I appreciate how timely they acted on every event they took us to. My favorite part of the trip is somewhere between the quad trip through the mountain and the thermal hot bath. All in all, an amazing experience it was for myself and my partner who went.

    Great experience everything ran very smoothly. Konrad our guide was amazing, very informative and patient with all of the people on tour. The two other drivers were also very very nice. Pickup is a central location and there was no delays. Great day highly recommend this company for the Zakopane tour.

    The outside thermal pool was the main attraction for us. This was one of a lifetime experience. We also used the healing baths and the water slide that we found rejuvenating and fun, respectively. All facilities were clean, organised and a lot of lifeguards (feeling safe!). The restaurant employees were polite, smiling and very helpful. The dishes were all elegant and tasteful.

    Very few lines to get into the locker room, in addition to the 3 hours they give an additional 15 minutes to change. Pools are many both indoor and outdoor. also present saunas, steam room and cold water pool. The place despite very crowded still remains neat and clean, for the most shameful only pekka is the common men's and women's locker room. For those who reach the place by public transport pay attention to the timetable, the bus stop is 5 min walk and the ride to zakopane takes about 20 minutes and costs 9zt about 2€

    Best group activity ever. Went with my uni friends—quads were hilarious, got mud EVERYWHERE. Pools after were clean and warm. Staff were laidback and fun.

    Snowmobiles + thermal pools = epic combo! Went with my girlfriend and honestly didn’t expect to laugh sooo much. Our guide (I think his name was Marek?) made us feel at home from the start, even when I kept stalling the snowmobile lol. Pools outside were steaming with snow falling, unreal vibe. Take flip flops, trust me. Would 100% do again.

    Wow, what an unforgettable experience! Riding the quads was absolutely amazing—so much power and excitement! The trails were tough and thrilling, but the highlight was definitely driving through the river. That moment was pure adrenaline and something we’ll always remember. The whole trip was perfectly organized, and the guides were professional, making sure we felt safe while having the time of our lives. The combination of breathtaking Zakopane scenery and the extreme quad adventure made this an experience we’ll talk about for years. If you’re after something truly exhilarating, this is a must-do!
