Grab your friends and family as you spend a day at the stunning Chian Mai Zoo & Aquarium! Housing nearly 400 varying species of animals, the Chiang Mai zoo includes elephants, chimpanzees, hippopotami, rhinos, tigers, and thousands of other animals you’ll be excited to see. Say hello to Chuang Chuang and Lin Hui, two young pandas sent as goodwill ambassadors from China in the year of 2003! The enormous zoo demands a fair amount of walking, so when you’re tired of it, hop on a tram that runs through the entire zoo!
Make sure to explore the aquarium as well, that boasts over 10,000 fish in freshwater and sea tunnels. You also have the option to snorkel and scuba dive without having to travel to the sea: change and dive right in at the aquarium! You also have the option to experience the snowdome at Chiang Mai: enter a chilling manmade snow town of -7°C and enjoy the snow-themed activities here as you waltz around snowmen and ice dolls in the perfect winter setting!

The zoo and aquarium have strict no smoking and drinking policies in place. For those who violate this policy, a fine of 2000 baht will be charged

Sea Lion show: At 10:30 AM & 2:30 PM
Bird show: At 11:30 AM & 3:00 PM
Discounted Tickets
Infants of height 90 cm and below go free. Children of height ranging from 90 cm- 135 cm enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry a valid photo ID)
