Begin at the Xtracold Icebar entrance and complete a quick security check. Once cleared, you can head right in without waiting in queues and slip into your thermal coat and gloves before entering the ice area.

Xtracold Icebar is a year-round winter wonderland kept at –10°C. With interiors made entirely of ice, this frozen bar offers a social, offbeat experience perfect for travelers seeking something unique.

The Xtracold Icebar is open Sunday to Thursday from 3:45pm to 10:40pm, and Friday to Saturday from 11:45am to 1am.

Icebar management reserves the right to refuse entrance if guests are intoxicated, underage, or unable to prove their age.

Arrive at least 20 minutes before your timeslot for check-in.

You can spend up to 20 minutes inside the actual Icebar.

Last admission is 45 minutes before closing time.

Tickets can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 8 hours in advance.

Children under 18 are not allowed inside the Icebar.

The nearest public transport stop is Waterlooplein (tram 14 & metro 51, 53, 54).

If you choose the upgrade, check in at LOVERS Canal Cruises at least 15 minutes before departure.
