Arrive at Wild Wild Wet, Downtown East. Scan your e-ticket at the entrance turnstiles for direct entry. Security checks are minimal, and ID is not required for standard admission.

Motorised or wheeled mobility equipment such as skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys are not permitted. Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are allowed subject to terms and conditions.

Guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, full face painting, or any headgear that hides the entire face will not be admitted.

Photography (without flash) and video recording are allowed inside the Singapore Oceanarium, but not inside the Marine Mammal Habitat.

Bags are subject to inspection before entry.

No pets are allowed, but your guide dogs are welcome.

You cannot smoke, consume alcohol, or bring outside food and beverages anywhere in the park.

You must leave jewelry, accessories, loose items, hard objects, and electronic devices behind when using rides and attractions.

Personal floats are not permitted in pools and attractions.

Selected support areas are not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and a lack of ramps; access to these areas may be restricted for guests with mobility needs.

Singapore Oceanarium

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent or legal guardian at all times. The allowable ratio is 1 adult to 3 children.

The experience is open to participants aged 4 and above. Exceptions may be made for children under 4 who can walk independently in support areas.

All guests must follow their guides on a predetermined itinerary during behind-the-scenes tours.
-
Proper attire must be worn at all times.
-
Hand stamp and ticket are required for same-day re-entry.
-
Complimentary refreshments are provided at the start of the Ocean in Focus programme. Participants with dietary requirements should inform a member of staff of any restrictions.
Wild Wild Wet

Operating hours: Monday to Friday: 12pm - 6pm. On Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, it is open from 11am to 6pm. Last admission is at 5pm on all days.

Facilities: changing rooms, shower cubicles, a separate kids' shower area, secure lockers, life jackets, baby water carriers, and cabanas for rent.

Adults must always supervise children.

Dress code: modest swimwear, shorts, t-shirts. All swimming attire should be free of zippers, rivets, buttons, or other hard objects.

Rides might close or change without notice. Weather, upkeep, or safety issues can disrupt things.

Babies should wear appropriate swimming diapers.
-
Slide Up (attraction) located at Wild Wild Wet will be closed for scheduled maintenance until further notice.
