Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and any type of weapon are strictly prohibited.

Large suitcases, coolers, and bags over 24" (L) x 15" (W) x 18" (H) are not allowed.

Drones, remote-controlled devices, skateboards, scooters, and inline skates are prohibited inside the parks.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Loose or dry ice, glass containers, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

All parks are wheelchair accessible, with accessible entrances and facilities throughout.

Accessible and companion restrooms are located in multiple areas.

Service animals are welcome in most locations; check park guidelines for attraction-specific rules.

All guests must pass through security screening before entering.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a guest aged 14 or older.

Re-entry on the same day is allowed with a valid ticket and hand stamp.

Stroller rentals are available at the park entrance.

Inappropriate swimwear, swimwear with buckles, rivets, zippers, or exposed metal, and other sharp objects are not allowed in the water park.

Jeans and wetsuits are prohibited on the water park rides, including but not limited to Bay Slides, Humunga Kowabunga, Ketchakiddee Creek, and Storm Slides.

Children of diaper-wearing age must wear swim diapers or plastic pants.

Complimentary life jackets are available at self-serve racks throughout the parks.

Some rides have age and height requirements and may need adult supervision.
