The entire experience was great and very exciting . Really enjoyed all excitements will definitely come back again. My only request to the management is wish you can open till late or do something for the long waiting queues and it is really taking time for the guests who can't enjoy much on all the games and rides. I believe each and every humans who was in the theme park would definitely love to play the rides and the games again and again it is that exciting and also not to forget the food and beverages are really awesome. I really loved the Jurassic Park foods especially .Anyway in overall I will always love Universal Studios anywhere in the world.

Fantastica esperienza.Il parco è bellissimo, curato nei minimi particolari. Sembra di essere in un sogno. Siamo stati dall'orario di apertura fino alla chiusura e nonstante il caldo della giornata e i km percorsi avremmo voluto restare lì per un'altra intera giornata. Davvero non ci si annoia mai. Ci sono tantissime attrazioni , spettacoli e giochi da poter fare. Per grandi e piccini. Noi siamo rimasti affascinati dal Nintendo World dove sembra davvero di essere catapultati in un videogames e le ambientazioni sono fantastiche. Molto bello anche il villaggio di Harry Potter dove abbiamo provato quella che per noi è stata l'attrazione più bella di tutte (Harry Potter and Forbidden Journey).Per gli amanti della Saga sarà spettacolare.Consiglio di acquistare l'Express Pass per avere possibilità di saltare la fila in almeno 4 attrazioni perché per quelle piu gettonate c'è da aspettare tanto (almeno un'ora). Ci sono molti ristoranti e si mangia bene. I prezzi sono nella media di quelli dei parchi Giochi e ci sono molte toilettes, tutte super pulite e accoglienti. Consigliatissimo se vuoi trascorrere una giornata all'insegna della spensieratezza e del divertimento e vuoi ritornare bambino. Ci ritorneremo.

What we loved most about my experience was how genuinely friendly everyone was. The staff and characters waved so often, smiled, and made us feel so welcome, especially when they found out it was our first time visiting. One of the absolute highlights was meeting Shrek. He was just as excited as we were! He gave Sam a huge hug, and they both laughed so much that Shrek ended up holding his heart like he couldn’t believe how funny and joyful the moment was. It was so special, especially coming from Australia and not speaking Japanese, to be able to interact in such a physical, no verbal way. It made the experience feel truly magical and unforgettable. Thank you so much! We will remember this forever.

How well managed the park was...lines were tolerable, and staff were helpful, and courteous. My nephew's had a great time.

Professional organisation and kind staff everywhere! Great rides. The eypress pass was valuable given the limited time we had for visiting the park: one day only; and the crowd at the rides.
