Schönes Erlebnis, auch wenn das mit dem QR Code nicht ganz passt. Die Aussicht passt mit der Anzeige am Handy nicht zusammen. VR Brille aber sehr zum empfehlen, der Aufbau vom Turm! Aber nur wenn ihnen nicht schlecht wird dabei, kann schon vorkommen.

Die Dame am Eingang, die die Besucher mit einem Tablet mit den aktuellen Bildern der Livecam darauf hingewiesen hat, dass die Aussicht durch Nebel sehr sehr schlecht ist mit dem Hinweis auf Umbuchung. Finde ich super fair 👍 Wir haben es nicht genutzt, aber das finde ich touristenorientiert. Sehr offene, sehr freundliche Person, eigentlich allgemein alle Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Super. Das ich nach gefühlt 5 Minuten wieder unten war, ist ein persönliches Problem (Klaustrophobie und Höhenangst passt eben nicht), dennoch kann ich es nur TOP bewerten.

I booked the VR glasses as a gimmick - out of curiosity - and have to say they over-exceeded my expectations. Going back in time and flying over the growing and developing town was pretty cool. Our whole group of seven internationals was pretty impressed. The VR show was almost better than the real deal. Being on top of the TV Tower is always worth a trip. I especially love it on clear days and during sunset. If you plan to go during peak season bring sufficient time and patience.

Der Kellner bei der Bar war extrem unfreundlich! Zuerst hat er lange mit einer Kollegin an der Kasse herumgearbeitet, dann hat es sich selbst einen Drink gemixt (sehr langsam) und dann wurden wir an der Bar stehend nicht bedient (auch nicht nach den Wünschen gefragt). Das war am 22.2.26 um ca. 19.30!

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the TV Tower for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the observation areas.

Accessibility

The Berlin TV Tower is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

Make your way to the security control point on the first floor of the TV Tower. The entrance steps are located on the tower's northern side, directly opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station.

Your ticket is valid for the time slot selected. Please check your ticket for the exact validity period.

The VR experience is available in English and German.

For safety reasons, all guests must pass through a security check before entering the tower.

Table reservation to the restaurant Sphere is included but a specific table cannot be guaranteed

Food and drinks are to be chosen à la carte and paid onsite.

The Day & Night Ticket allows two visits to the viewing platform within 48 hours for a more flexible experience.
