    Die Citycard hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bereits unkompliziert inkludiert ist – das macht die Fortbewegung in der Stadt wirklich stressfrei. Auch die Vergünstigungen bei verschiedenen Attraktionen sind ein Pluspunkt, man spart sich dadurch doch einiges. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, die Karte noch digitaler aufzubauen: Statt nur ein PDF mit den Infos zu erhalten, wäre eine interaktive Online-Übersicht oder App super, in der man direkt sehen kann, welche Leistungen enthalten sind. Besonders hilfreich fände ich auch eine Funktion, bei der man abhaken kann, was man schon besucht oder genutzt hat – so hätte man immer einen guten Überblick über den eigenen Aufenthalt.

    Das U-bahnfahren war dadurch völlig unkompliziert. Schade, dass nicht alle Unternehmen mitmachen z B Neues Museum. Haben leider ihr eigenes System.

    This is our first time traveling via rail in Europe and we had a wonderful time. We only experienced one late train which is saying a lot. We wish transportation worked this well in the US as we would use it much more than driving.
