It was a great experience! I highly recommend the view! Glad I did it and spent early evening and sunset. Enjoyed some coffee and just kept walking around. Wish the new surprise was ready when I went so I'll be back to experience the glass view ..

Unkomplizierter Einlass, freundliche Mitarbeiter die stets weiter geholfen haben. Ausblick war sehr schön und es war auch nicht überfüllt. Leider wurde ein Teilbereich gesperrt sodass wir nicht die gesamte Plattform nutzen konnte.

From the 52nd-floor deck, enjoy panoramic views of the city through the angled windows. Or step out for a straight-down view.

Head up 2 flights and you're on the rooftop (Level 54). No windows, just awesome, clear views of the whole Palm Island and Dubai Marina.

Fun fact: A private satellite and GPS were used to ensure that the shape of The Palm reflected a palm tree while the sand was being poured into the sea!

A glimpse of what awaits you

Once inside, walk through a magnificent underwater tunnel filled with marine flora and fauna. Head to an interactive museum and exhibition gallery where you can learn about the inspiring story behind the engineering feat that is Palm Jumeirah.

The view on level 52

Take the super-fast lift up to level 52. This is a first-of-its-kind observation deck that allows you to see the Palm Jumeirah, its 16 fronds, the trunk and the crescent, all in their entirety. Stand behind the angled glass panels at a staggering height of 240 metres; you can see the views of The Palm, as well as the Dubai skyline and the Persian Gulf!

Climb to The Next Level

Climb two flights of stairs to level 54, where the ultimate experience awaits. Up there, it's just you and the sky. No glass panels will obstruct your view of the futuristic city. Feel the wind brush against you as you gaze out over Ain Dubai, Dubai Marina and other iconic landmarks of the city. On a clear day, it's even possible to see the Burj Khalifa!

Please enter at the time slot you have booked. You can not enter during prime hours with a non-prime hour ticket.

Timings

Admission timings: 10am to 7pm, with the last entry at 6:30pm.

Non-prime hours: Till 30 Sep 2026: 10am – 3:30pm (Closing time at 7pm) & Oct 1 2026 onwards: 9am – 3pm, and 7pm (Closing time at 7:30 pm)

Prime hours : Till Sep 30 2026: 4pm – 6:30pm (Closing time 7pm) & Oct 1 2026 onwards: 3:30pm – 6:30pm (Closing time 7:30 pm)
