What to bring

• Booking confirmation: Bring your booking confirmation, printed or on your mobile device, for verification.

• Audio guide: Download the Teide Legend audio guide to your Android or Apple device using your booking code before arrival.

• Clothing: Wear insulated, layered clothing to stay comfortable in both heat and cold.

• Footwear: Wear appropriate hiking boots suitable for uneven volcanic terrain.

• Sun protection: Protect yourself with sunscreen and sunglasses during the visit.

• Water: Carry plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the tour.

What’s not allowed

• Large luggage: Do not bring suitcases or large bags, as they are not permitted on the tour.

• Pets on transport: Do not bring pets on the group transport; only guide and therapy dogs are exempt.

• Pets at visitors' centre: Do not bring pets into the Teide Cable Car Visitors’ Centre, except guide and therapy dogs.

• Environmental impact: Do not litter, remove rocks, plants, or animals, light fires, feed animals, make loud noises, leave signposted paths, or camp in the park.

Accessibility

• Mobility access: Access for visitors with physical disabilities or motor impairments is not included on this tour.
