I got a very good price for the Teamlab and Louvre experience. Teamlab is AMAZING, we had the best time there. It's great and worth the money. The Louvre is good, but I don't advise going there on the same day. We did, and we were so exhausted after Teamlab that we didn't feel we fully enjoyed it. The only thing that bothered us at Teamlab was that we couldn't simply scan and enter. The QR codes we received didn't work, and we had to wait to get this issue resolved. Tip: Search for promo codes to get an extra discount.

Une expérience vraiment exceptionnelle ! Tous les sens sont sollicités et on a la sensation d’être transporté dans un autre univers. L’effet de la visite reste même après une vraie immersion qui marque les esprits. C’est incroyable de voir à quel point la technologie peut provoquer autant d’émotions. Le personnel est accueillant, chaleureux et très professionnel. Tout est parfaitement organisé pour rendre la visite agréable du début à la fin. Une expérience unique que je recommande sans hésiter !

Arrive at 10am, low crowd. AMAZING place. I saw already projection rooms but there you have much more rooms with extraodinary sensorial effects. Extra: Had a midnight sparkling tea, great. Must to go. Stayed 2 hours. Then LOUVRE ABU DHABI, very interesting organization of the exceptionnal art treasures with different cultures on the same theme. I loved it ! and the building !!! Arrive early to explore the exhibits at your own pace. Show your ticket at the entrance for check-in assistance from the staff. Before starting your visit, you can stop by the on-site café for snacks and refreshments.

With fewer distractions and a dedicated entrance, this serene slot invites you to slow down, reflect, and engage more deeply with the digital installations.

What to bring

Valid photo ID: Especially for adult-only Art Undistracted hours (18+ only).

Booking confirmation/ticket: Printed or digital, recommended to book online in advance.

Comfortable attire: Wear practical clothing and supportive shoes. High heels are not allowed. Some exhibits involve water, so consider clothes you can fold up to your knees or bring a change of attire for children.

Camera/phone: Photography and short videos are permitted for personal use only (no flash, tripods, selfie sticks, or commercial equipment).

Water bottle: Staying hydrated is recommended, as visits may last several hours.

What's not allowed

Guests under 18: Not permitted during Art Undistracted (Monday through Thursday, 6pm–10pm).

Outside food and drink: Only food and drinks purchased inside allowed.

Large bags/luggage: Free lockers available for storing personal items. Strollers are not permitted inside, and storage space is limited.

Smoking or vaping: Prohibited throughout the premises (including outdoor areas).

Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, flashlights: Not permitted in exhibition areas, including for photography.

For-profit/commercial photography or filming without prior written consent.

Pets: Not allowed, except registered service animals.

"Art Undistracted" is an exclusive 18+ experience at teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi. Government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. Sessions run from Monday to Thursday from 6pm to 10pm, with last entry at 8pm.

Adults-only entrance: During designated Art Undistracted timeslots.

Food & beverage: Café available; only food/drink purchased inside is permitted.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Children’s facilities: Nursing room and changing facilities provided; strollers should be left in cars.

Kids' entry: On Mondays to Thursdays, last entry for kids at 4:30pm, after which they will not be allowed to enter.

Open-dated tickets: You can visit on any day. However, you’ll need to select a time slot before your visit. Instructions on how to do this will be shared after your booking is confirmed.

Fixed-dated & timed tickets: No additional reservation is required—your selected date and time are already confirmed at the time of booking.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please arrive at the redemption point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
