Entry was very smooth. I was there at 5:30 pm on a Thursday, just before Chinese new year. There was no que. There were plenty of people at the 89th observatory , but it was not crowded. It was beautiful to see the city from the high vantage. Two things that made it less enjoyable: some people "camp" at a window having a picnic or intimate moments and block an entire area for others. Some of the windows are not clear either from fog or cracks and this distorts the view as well.

The entry was pretty smooth. To access the 89th floor observatory, one has to go to the 5th floor in the elevator and then enter the queue. There are many stores on the top selling souvenirs. The best ones are the colored seals opp to the souvenir shop. The view is best from 5pm to 8pm due to sunset transitioning to night lights. Don't miss it!

The visit was awesome although I am not sure I would book through a third party again within 2 hours of visit time and pay a booking fee. It was anxiety provoking not knowing if the confirmation is going to come through since it wasn't immediate.
