Easy access. Entry to Daypalm area relaxed quieter area away from crowds but not enough seating for tickets sold and chairs damp where people sat in wet costumes. No hammocks or daybeds as advertised. Tea and fruit nice. Baths busy - novice visitors like ourselves would benefit from more info on the different pools and how to get best use out of the different areas as not obvious when there. Everywhere crowded. More info at booking on how to book treatments would have been useful as everything fully booked on day. Also no warning when we booked tickets that baths closing early on the day for staff Christmas party so we had reduced time as arrived later as hoping to experience baths in the dark too. Prior warning that we were getting less time would have been appreciated

Das Bad ist sehr groß mit vielen Becken und zwei großen Außenpools. Diese geräumige und Großzügigkeit gab uns nie den Eindruck, dass das Bad zu voll sei. Die verschiedenen Temperaturbereiche der Becken ermöglichen eine umfassende Entspannung. Besonders gefiel uns auch das Salzdampfbad. Die in unserem Ticket enthaltene Entspannungsmöglichkeit unter Palmen war natürlich ein besonderes Highlight. Insgesamt war der Besuch ausgesprochen erholsam.

Tout s'est très bien déroulé. Personnel sympathique, cabine privée propre et sécurisée. L'accès à Palm House est un plus fortement appréciable pour se mettre un peu au calme car les divers bains internes sont très bruyants. Je recommande fortement cette expérience !

    The cocktail, the outdoor whirlpool, some of the staff. The warmest pool (not enough of those). Items to improve on: having showers closer to the private dressing cabin, more seating and or fewer people signing up for the drink/fruit at the private area. We had to share a small chair. Nicer people at the exit. They were quite rude to a minor about a lost wristband that had no electronic activated on it. At one point we were getting nervous we'd have the jump the turnstile to exit.

    Im 2 Stock war ein schöner Raum mit Palmen und bequemen Sesseln. Dort gab es Cocktails und Tee, sowie den Obstteller für den Daypalm Aufpreis. Leider war das Bad total überfüllt und das extra Ticket hat nicht viel gebracht. Wir sind nach 2 Stunden wieder gegangen. Schade um das Geld.

    • Due to autumn maintenance, the outdoor thermal pool will be closed from September 22 to 28, 2025, and the outdoor adventure pool will be unavailable from September 29 to October 5, 2025.

    • Starting August 1, 2025, entry to the bath will no longer be permitted for anyone under the age of 14.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
