Well orgainised from pick up to drop off. The guide gave a very detailed brief, as we set off, on the day and the strict timings that had to be followed to ensure we kept to the schedule. There was enough time and consideration given for comfort breaks throughout the day . All of the various guides spoke very good English and took time to answer questions. The guide we had for Auschwitz spoke with a lot of emotion and knowledge which ensured the exprience was engraved in our minds. The salt mines were a great way to round the day off with a totally different experience.

Very great tours! Made the whole scheduleing process the easiest thing ever. Our host was superb with letting us know the schedule and what time to be where. There were a bunch of people at the pickup location who were all going through different companies, but our guy made sure we knew he was taking people for the Auschwitz/Birkenau&Salt Mines. Auschwitz is something everyone should see at least once to ensure the history and information is maintained. They ensure all understand that respect is the top priory. The salt mines were great! It was cold outside but those mines keep you toasty! Our guide in the salt mines was hilarious, Camilla, if she is your guide you'll have a great time! You will get your steps in for this day since you're going to be walking at all locations, but there are breaks trickled in throughout your day!

what an extraordinary and unforgettable tour experience. truly a full day immersed in history, exploring and learning about two profoundly distinct periods of time. everything was seamless: the buses were perfectly on schedule, check-ins were hassle free, and we were thoughtfully accounted for every step of the way. no matter how far we strayed from the group, the bus waited for us, ensuring we never felt rushed. but what truly set this tour apart was our guide, Lara - an absolute gem of a person. her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for everyone made all the difference. not only was she knowledgeable, and sensitive, but she also went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable as we moved from location to location. she didn’t just guide us, she brought the experience to life, making every moment feel a little more special and personal. Lara is just one of those rare people who leaves an impression that lasts long after the tour ends. as an american traveling in a foreign country and not speaking the native language, this tour made everything exceptionally easy and smooth. there were no moments of confusion or uncertainty, the guidance was clear, and we always knew exactly where to be and what was happening next. every step of the journey was thoughtfully laid out, removing any of the usual stresses that come with being in a new place. by the end of the day, i didn’t just feel like a tourist... i felt connected to the history, culture, and people in a way that left me fulfilled and grateful for the experience. this tour truly delivered a sense of ease and discovery appreciated by those who are naturally more anxious. i couldn't recommend it more.

The coach was too small and uncomfortable, also, we were almost forgotten at the salt mines, we barely made it to the parking spot and had to run in order to stop the coach from leaving, as it was driving away. Of course the guide and driver apologized but still a little frustrating. Overall, a 4/5 experience, because the guides were indeed extremely knowledgeable and professional. Really enjoyed the way it was arranged.

L'accompagnatrice était bienveillante avec nous, pleine d'énergie et était très préventive, nous donnait plusieurs consignes claires avant de nous laisser avec les guides ou en autonomie. On a reçu dès le départ des stickers à coller sur les vêtements afin de se repérer entre nous. Les guides à Auschwitz-Birkenau et Wieliczka étaient bienveillants, étaient expérimentés et répondaient à nos questions.

Nous avons très satisfait de notre journée. La visite au camp d'Auschwitz, nous l'avions réservé pour 9h et ils nous l'ont changé à 6h, ce n'était pas très sympa. Cependant, on a passé une super journée, cette visite a été très dure psychologiquement parlant mais très touchante, nous avons eu un guide très professionnel et passionné par un sujet qui est très délicat à raconter. Concernant la mine du sel, c'était un endroit fantastique, le seul point négatif est que la guide n'avait pas de microphone et donc dans certains moments du tour on entendait les autres guides, c'était un bordel. Il serait bien de leur fournir de microphones et aux visiteurs des écouteurs comme on avait fait pour la visite d'Auschwitz. À part ça c'était un journée incroyable, nous avons tellement appris et très ravis de l'avoir fait . It felt well-paced and smooth.

1. the driver of the minibus was very nice. 2. the tour guide of Auschwitz-Birkenau is a very knowledgeable person and he described both the tour of the museum and the walk through Birkenau very impressively. 3. the salt mine is very impressively prepared. my friends and I were very surprised to find a church in the mine ourselves. this guide also led the tour very well.
