We had such an amazing time at Ski Dubai! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and all the necessary gear was provided; the staff as well were very friendly and helpful. We had so much fun from start to finish, and the entire experience was truly memorable. Definitely worth visiting, and I would highly recommend it!

It was a nice experience and we didn't have to wait in the queue for long ,although we faced a little challenge due to the fact that ,the lady at the counter had to verified the tickets purchased with a supervisor first which delayed us a little.Overall, the experience was great.

Ski Dubai is must visit venue. It is absolutely fantastic to experience the winter stepping away from desert. They have everything to enjoy for different levels. Even though if you don't know how to skiing you can have a perfect family fun. At the same time they have decent slopes and skiing school

The staff at the venue tills were rude and unhelpful. My 4 year old came out with a nose bleed as the venue is too cold for little ones he ram out Kids stayed max 30 mins . We paid extra money to get a penguin encounter photo which never happened ended up being a struggle just to get a refund. Don't think we'll attend here again
