What to expect
At Ski Dubai
Enter a winter wonderland housed within Mall of the Emirates, where 22,500 square meters of real snow create an authentic alpine experience maintained at -4°C year-round. Your Snow Fun Pass includes all necessary gear—thermal jacket, trousers, snow boots, and gloves—so you can focus entirely on the surreal experience of building snowmen and riding toboggans in the middle of the Arabian Peninsula. The penguin encounters add an extra layer of magic, offering intimate 40-minute sessions with Gentoo and King penguins in their specially designed arctic habitat.
At Wild Wadi
The 4-minute journey between these attractions feels like traveling through a portal between different worlds—from arctic winter to tropical paradise, with barely enough time to process the transition. Wild Wadi's sun-drenched environment provides the perfect warm-up after your snowy adventure, with Arabian-themed water rides that celebrate local culture while providing refreshing relief. The temperature shock therapy of moving from subzero snow to warm water creates an endorphin rush that's uniquely addictive.

Safety is a priority. So, this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 2 years.

To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height, and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg. Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.

Inappropriate swimwear includes (but not restricted to): Underwear, cotton clothes, especially long, flowing garments, transparent bathing suits, street clothes, shorts with protruding designs such as rivets or other accessories on the back, long necklaces and chains, swimsuits with metal details such as buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and/or water slides, any clothing or accessory deemed potentially damaging to water slides, regular diapers/nappies.

Wearing spectacles (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) while riding any of the rides is not permitted for safety purposes. Lanyards are available to purchase on-site.

For the health and safety of all guests, please do not swim if you or anyone in your family has diarrhea, especially babies and toddlers in diapers.

For hygiene, infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers in the water; regular diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers are available for purchase at our retail outlets. Please use the changing facilities in the men's and women's changing rooms, as diaper changes are not allowed poolside.

The following items are prohibited: outside food and beverages; glass items; intoxication; queue jumping; running and diving; devices that contain exposed needles that do not retract into the device, or with other sharp points or edges.

- Your safety comes first. So, visitors with back and neck issues, senior citizens, and pregnant women are restricted from participating in the Zorb Ball ride and the Mountain Thriller.
Wild Wadi Water Park

Some water rides are active, participatory activities and carry a risk of injury. For your safety, do not use these attractions if you are pregnant, have medical restrictions on physical activity, are overweight for your body type, or are under a doctor's care.

This experience is not recommended for guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory illnesses, or chronic diseases.

Before riding, please assess your own limitations to ensure safe participation, and always be aware of the water depth in all pools.

Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16 years at all times.

Winter gear provided: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles.

Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.

Caps are not included in the winter attire provided. Hence, guests must bring their own if they are particularly sensitive to cold weather.
Wild Wadi Water Park

Guests may bring a 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times. Children aged 14 and over can enter the park alone, but cannot be the accompanying guardian for younger children.

For your comfort, the water in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children's play structure) is temperature-controlled year-round, staying cool in summer and warm in winter.

Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides.

For hygiene, please don't spit in the water and shower before using the slides.

You're welcome to use your GoPro on all rides except Jumeirah Sceirah, provided it has an attached strap.
