Explore Santorini in this bus and boat tour and explore the small Greek island that has become one of the most popular holiday destinations over the years. Get an authentic Greek experience and enjoy the landmarks of the island with your expert tour guide. Your journey in Santorini will start at the Prophet Elias monastery, one of the oldest structures in the region. It is located on the highest point of the island at 567 meters above sea level. Your next stop will be the Pyrgos village where you can explore Skaros, the ruins of the medieval Greek capital. Here, you will get the opportunity to stroll around the village and capture the unique architecture of its churches and a picturesque view of the blue-and-white town.
Your boat tour will start at the Athinios port, where you will board King Thiras to head towards a historic site on the island. You will arrive at the volcano that erupted in the 16th century BC, transforming the future of the people in the region. Climbing to the top, you’ll get a bird’s eye view of the volcanic region with its craters, soil eruptions and geological witnesses of the eruption. A refreshing swim in the Hot Springs will follow next. With their warm seawater, the hot springs are formed because of the still active craters on Thirasia Island. Once you’re back to the port, your guide will take you to Oia village, where you’ll end the tour with a sight of a tangerine sunset that will brighten the sky and the sea.
