Unsere Reiseleiterin Claudia war perfekt. Sehr angenehme, sympathische Person mit einem wahnsinnigen Wissen. Sie konnte jede noch so schwierige Frage beantworten. Sie hat uns alles ohne Streß gezeigt. Wir konnten individuell entscheiden, was uns mehr interessiert und wir mehr Zeit investieren wollten. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und haben zu zweit 130€ dafür bezahlt. Die Führung dauerte über 3 Stunden(Turm, Kathedrale, Gärten, Palast) -danach waren wir noch alleine in den Gärten spaziert. 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Ayer hicimos la visita guiada del Alcázar y la Catedral y fue excelente. Nuestra guía, Laura R. es una crack, explica todo de una forma amena, cercana y súper interesante, con un montón de detalles e historias que no salen en las guías. Se nos hizo cortísima la experiencia, que es la mejor señal. Se nota que le apasiona lo que hace y que disfruta compartiéndolo. ¡Recomendadísima al 100%! Si venís a Sevilla, no dudéis en hacer esta actividad con ella.

Un guide sympathique avec de l'humour et des compétences. Visite très intéressante grâce à lui. Les quelques anecdotes concernant certaines pièces permettent de garder la mémoire de cette visite. Les portraits de Louis Philippe, de son fils et de sa bru qui auraient pu être inversés, la chambre du Roi musulman qui peut lire le nom d'haĺla de chaque côté de sa fenêtre....

De rondleiding in het Koninklijk Paleis, de kathedraal en La Giralda was enorm interessant, heel boeiend, leuk en verrassend, ... alles te danken aan onze flamboyante gids, Victoria ! Wat een toppertje. Ze weet heel veel weetjes, vertelt heel aagenaam, heeft humor, ... en best ook geïnteresseerd in haar gasten. Dank je wel, Victoria !

Helena, la guida di alcazar, é stata molto simpatica ed esaustiva. Visita di 1 ora esatta, poi ci ha lasciato in libertà a visitare i giardini. Antonio, la guida della cattedrale, è stato molto sbrigativo, sembrava avesse fretta. Nonostante ciò è stato simpatico. Anche qui la durata della visita è stata di 1 ora e poi abbiamo avuto la libertà di rimanere ancora in cattedrale e di salire su la giralda. L'incontro è stato puntuale nel punto indicato da app e poi da messaggio ricevuto via w.app

Meet your guide near the main entrance of the Alcázar (the Lion's Gate), where your tickets will be validated. After a brief introduction and security check, your group will set off to explore the city’s most celebrated landmarks that form part of a UNESCO site.

Alcázar of Seville: Europe's oldest royal palace that's still used by the Spanish royalty, the Alcázar is a culmination of 11 centuries of Moorish and Christian architecture and history. You get to explore its intricate tilework and design features, along with its lush gardens spanning seven hectares.

Seville Cathedral: Walk into the world's largest Gothic Cathedral and explore the various chapels, tombs, and relics it houses, including that of Christopher Columbus.

La Giralda: Climb up the Seville Cathedral's bell tower, taking in its intricate confluence of Moorish and Renaissance architectural styles. At the top, enjoy panoramic views of Seville's breathtaking cityscape.

Small group guided tour: Choose to tour the cathedral and its bell tower in small groups of 15 people for more facetime with your giude and the chance to dive deeper into its history.

What to bring

Alcázar of Seville

Bring an original, valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.

You can present your ticket printed or on your mobile.

If eligible for student or pensioner discounts, bring supporting documentation (EU citizens only).

If you choose the audio guide, bring along your best headphones and a fully charged mobile device with sufficient free space to download the app.

Carry your student ID if applicable.

Seville Cathedral & La Giralda

Bring a valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.

Bring your handheld cameras along—photography is allowed for personal use.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the monument (except for water and food for babies).

Alcohol, drugs, and intoxicated behavior are strictly prohibited.

Weapons, sharp objects, and large bags or luggage are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Bare feet and bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Seville Cathedral & La Giralda

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Entering barefoot and wearing clothes that expose the knees and shoulders is prohibited.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Accessibility

The Alcázar of Seville and Seville Cathedral are wheelchair accessible.

Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed within the Alcazar and the cathedral, subject to producing the official documentation.

Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda.

People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.

Additional information

You must arrive at the designated entry point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.

You can visit the Seville Cathedral for free on Sundays (except holidays) between 4:30pm and 6pm, with a prior online reservation.

Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice.

Children under 14 can visit the Giralda always accompanied by an adult.

If you choose a small group guided tour, your group will have no more than 15 people.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point. Students must show a valid student ID.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
