Getting started
Your Penguin Passport experience begins with check-in at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. You'll be fitted with special snow gear before joining a small group for a 45-minute guided encounter inside the penguin habitat. No prior experience is needed, just bring socks and a sense of adventure.
What to expect

What to bring
- Wear/bring socks on the day of the experience. Failure to do so may result in the tour being cancelled.
What’s not allowed

Guests must not come into contact with birds 24 hours prior to your Penguin Passport experience.

No jewelry, watches, mobile phones or cameras can be taken on this tour.
Accessibility

Guests with flu, cold, gastro/respiration infection within 48 hours of their experience must contact the venue and reschedule their visit.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. Ensure you contact the zoo at least 48 hours before the date of your visit.

The experience is open to guests aged 12 years and above. Guests between 12 to 15 years must be accompanied by a participating guardian aged 18 and above, whereas guests between 16 to 17 years of age must have a guardian aged 18+ present to sign a waiver at check-in.
