Singapore Oceanarium

We had an amazing time with "our" dolphin, so much fun. We also had some wonderful pictures taken, and I bought the package with 3 prints and the rest digital. Unfortunately I have not been able to download the pictures. I try ask for a new code, and I get an email, but there is no code. Have tried to email and to make a phonecall, but no one answers. That make some really expensive pictures, so hope we hear back from you, so that we can access our wonderful pictures of a fantastic day

Dolphins immersions itself was very awesome and my kids(7, 5 years old) and I were very enjoyed the moment. The trainer told us a lot about dolphins — their characteristics and way of life — and it was very educational. My children were also satisfied because they could actually touch and see the dolphins up close. Since the program was conducted in a small group, each child was able to have plenty of individual time. My second child is about 115 cm tall, and the water came up to their upper chest, so it was a bit deep and cold, which could have been tough. However, the staff kindly allowed them to sit outside, still touch the dolphin, and take photos, for which we were very grateful. Only uncomfortable thing was I booked for 1 adult and 2 kids through Headout but the three tickets I got were for 3 kids. Staff of Marine Mammal Habitat realized it and told me that I need to contact to the booking site. I were in a rush coz it was just 15 mins before to enter. Fortunately they let me in without any change of ticket and it could be ruin my whole travel.
