My suggestion is to get there before they open before the crowds build up and expect a minimum of the 3 hours to tour the aircraft carrier all the volunteer staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful I would highly recommend it the ship is well laid out with plenty of signs to direct you to go and volunteers to help you if you have a specific area you want to see first

Best zoo ever! There's something for everyone here. Take the bus tour first then decide your must-see exhibits. We loved the aerial views from the skylight cups. The displays have treats near the viewing area so all the creatures who were comfortable with the temperature were close enough for good pictures and observation.

My wife and I did the Midway Museum tour with our grand niece and nephew ages 4 and 8. We cannot sing enough praise for the men and women that work/volunteer there and the exhibit itself. A truly memorable experience and fantastic history lesson. Well done crew of the Midway.

To begin the day was nice and Gloomy with enough sunshine to keep you smiling throughout the day. Parking was perfect, lots of area and great guidelines towards the entrance. I didn't even have to wait in line, not that there was one, but I had digital tickets with much "quicker" access to enter. Once we walked in it was on. It was a true Kingdom of exhibits to explore, each path, incline/declined for a great hike through what felt like a jungle! The staff all around was more than informable about each and every exhibit we went to, and we just about covered it all. While we sat and enjoyed our lunch near the giraffe, I could assure you I was terribly out of energy after and was ready for bed. Luckily, there's so much greenery and fresh relieving habitats for the animals that we ourselves are, though the refreshment was rejuvenating, it brought me back to reality to wrap our day up and head on back home! With core memories to experience and a having our photo taken on our way out, we most definitely had a great experience. The last time I was there was 3rd grade, and I personally love to hike, just don't forget about the Skyfari And bus tours they have., it is an open experience once you enter the park! Loved it! Thank you to the couple that took out photo with the polar bear! I couldn't thank you enough for the whole some moment

The zoo was so much fun. Bummer was only 1 panda was out gor the guests and it was her nap time. So stood in line for 20 minutes to get into the panda area and no pandas to see.
