Easy entry and a very smooth experience overall. We especially appreciated being able to download the audio guide before entering the palace grounds, which made everything seamless even without arranging it in advance. The guide itself was interesting and easy to follow. One suggestion would be to include more background on the history and significance of the Royal Palace as a whole, rather than focusing mostly on each individual room. We also noticed that the Throne Room was closed to visitors during our visit, but the audio guide did not mention this, which was a bit confusing. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

We booked the self-guided Santiago Bernabéu tour through Headout, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The experience was amazing. We explored the museum, admired the incredible trophy collection, visited the players’ dressing room, and enjoyed breathtaking views from the iconic stadium stands while taking countless photos. One of the best moments was receiving a printed photo of my wife and me with the Champions League trophy—a perfect souvenir from an unforgettable visit. Highly recommended for every football fan visiting Madrid!

It was so much easier to go in my chosen time without any issues or having to line up. The prcoess was smooth also i could just pull out the ticket from the app.

Abbiamo visitato il Palazzo Reale di lunedì e nonostante i tanti visitatori l'entrata è stata veloce anche con i super controlli. L'audio guida, consigliatissima, è stata utilissima spiegando in modo coinciso le numerose e bellissime stanza visitate. Una bella scoperta il Palazzo Reale, merita sicuramente una visita per chi visita Madrid.

Note that you cannot touch restricted artworks and furniture, sit on chairs, on the palace floors, or obstruct the passage. Also, running around the rooms, smoking in patios, gardens, or indoor rooms is strictly not allowed.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
