La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è stata la guida, Gennaro. Davvero bravo, sapeva di avere poco tempo e ha gestito le dinamiche al meglio avendo solo due ore. Persona professionale, mite, competente, educata, con voce pacata, con ovviament ottimo inglese, che ogni tanto si permette qualche battuta simpatica battuta per rendere il tour più piacevole (e ci è riuscito). Bravo Gennaro, te l'ho detto di persona e lo confermo per iscritto. Alcuni punti di miglioramento, che non credo dipenda da Gennaro, sono 1) la puntualità: gli stranieri non sono avvezzi al ritardo come noi sItaliani 2) preparazione aniticiapata delle cuffie dallo staff di supporto: dal momento che raccomandate di arrivare 15 minuti prima, i due vostri ragazzi potevano cominciare a verificare il funzioanamento delle cuffie 3) condivisione del tour in anticipo: sarebbe carino sapere fin dall'inizio quali punti si visitano nel tour, magari segnare il percorso e i punti nella mappa che consegnate, e come valore aggiunto quali luoghi i visitatori potrebbero visitare in automonomia in funzione del tempo a disposizione. Non fraintendetemi, sono contentissimo di tutto, lavoro in altro ambito ma anche io insegno, e so che si può sempre migliorare, quindi mi permetto solo di condividere con voi piccole aree di miglioramento. Quindi bravi ragazzi, bellssimo tour, mi è rimasto bel cuore, e soprattutto bravo Gennaro!

Wir hatten eine deutschsprachige Tour gebucht. Unser Guide Rosa hat uns mit viel Humor und Leidenschaft durch Pompeji geführt. Keine Frage blieb unerwartet. Auf die Kinder ist Rosa besonders liebevoll eingegangen. Pompeji ist immer wieder ein großartiges Erlebnis.

C'è stato un problema con la guida ma poi risolta da un'altra guida che ci ha accompagnato. Quindi anche se con un ritardo di quasi un'ora la visita è andata molto bene

Non era la prima volta che visitavo Pompei, ma questa volta è stata davvero un’esperienza speciale, soprattutto grazie alla nostra guida, Grazia Donofrio. Preparatissima, brillante e dotata di una grande ironia, Grazia ha saputo farci immergere nella vita quotidiana dell’antica Pompei, raccontandoci curiosità, aneddoti e dettagli che hanno reso la storia incredibilmente viva e coinvolgente. La sua capacità di alternare cultura, leggerezza e simpatia, coinvolgendo tutto il gruppo con domande e osservazioni spiritose, ha reso la visita interessante e mai noiosa. Ma la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la sua capacità di farmi guardare Pompei con occhi nuovi. Pensavo, dopo le visite precedenti, di aver già scoperto e compreso molto di questo luogo straordinario. Invece Grazia mi ha fatto capire quante storie, dettagli e aspetti della vita di allora ci siano ancora da scoprire. Sono uscita da Pompei con una gran voglia di tornarci. E credo che questo sia il più bel complimento che si possa fare a una guida: non limitarsi a raccontare la storia, ma riuscire ad accendere la curiosità e il desiderio di conoscerne ancora di più. Grazie Grazia, davvero bravissima! Consigliatissima!

We really enjoyed the entire tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and shared Latin words connecting the things we saw. The guide, Antonio, was a native of Pompei and he was clearly passionate about what he shared. He took us to areas that had less people observing where the other tours were going. He showed us parts of everyday life reiterating what we saw as if we were all Pompeians! He was humorous and kept everyone engaged including children. He went a little longer because he wanted to show us what was currently being excavated. We had a fun and interesting afternoon. Antonio is excellent! The organizing of the tour group by the Askos representatives was well organized and friendly. We have done numerous tours now with Headout with great success and highly recommend them. Thank you!

Es war sehr angenehm von Antonella durch diese Stadt geführt zu werden. Wir bekamen einen guten Überblick darüber, wie die Stadt aufgebaut war, wie man dort lebte, wer dort lebte und was den Alltag der Bewohner:innen prägte. Wir sahen auch einige der schönsten mit Fresken verzierten Häuser. Besonders beeindruckend war auch die Therme mit ihren Stuckverzierungen und der Heizung. Die Führerin gab uns auch wertvolle Tipps für die weitere selbständige Besichtigung.

La guida che abbiamo avuto a Pompei era molto preparata e simpatica. Ha saputo rendere la visita agli scavi una full immersion nella vita dell'epoca, illustrando il sito con collegamenti storici e annefotoco. E' stata disponibilissima e si è' prolungata più del dovuto. Insomma una vera fortuna per noi aver potuto godere delle sue spiegazion!!!

Our guide Antonella is an archaeologist and clearly passionate about Pompeii, sharing insights and information and bringing the whole experience alive. One of the best parts was walking round the raised platform and looking down into homes and businesses. The photo shows a very early 'takeaway' shop which amused us.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The fact that she is an archaeologist working in the site was exciting and it added to the experience. The tour had s good flow to it, she both explained a lot and let us explore for ourselves. I wish it was longer!
