As mentioned above, the venue was overcrowded and we could not find three seats together. I also expected more quiet space and more private space. All the secluded rooms were taken by single people occuping these rooms for long periods. The lounge is designed for individuals, not families. Too many people were booked into this venue. However, the showers and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Probably still worthwhile, however, need to address overcrowding.

Your experience will start with a warm welcome at the reception, where you can make reservations for additional amenities like the shower room. Once you enter, you'll be greeted with cozy seats and an array of freshly prepared Arabic, Asian, and International cuisines with some refreshing beverages by your side.

Comfort, luxury, and service

The lounge is equipped with dedicated smoking zones, shower rooms, a kids play arena, and private family suites. So, whether you want to get some work done using their free Wi-Fi, take a power nap without any disturbance in the private family suite, or read some newspapers while your kids play in the play arena, this lounge will put you in a relaxed headspace before you catch your flight.

Additional information

The lounge is located in a restricted area. To access the lounge you must check in for your onward flight and have a valid boarding pass.

You can enter and exit the lounge whenever you want but do retain your check-in receipt for re-entry.

While there are dedicated luggage storage spaces, for security reasons, it is recommended to carry your belongings when you leave the lounge.

In case of a flight delay, your stay may be extended depending on lounge capacity.

Children aged 12 and under must always be accompanied by an adult above 18 years of age.
