What to bring

• Luggage: Bring one small bag per person, no larger than 22 × 17 × 10 in

Accessibility

• Assistance: Staff cannot provide physical assistance. You must be able to board and exit the vehicle independently or with help from a travel companion.

• Mobility: You should be comfortable walking up to 1 mile (approximately 20 minutes) at a time across varied terrain, including hills, stairs, cobblestones, narrow passageways and uneven surfaces.

• Wheelchair accessibility: The coaches are not wheelchair accessible. Small, lightweight mobility aids weighing up to 20kg may be accommodated on request.

• Guide dogs: Highly trained service and assistance dogs are permitted by prior arrangement only. Space is limited, so confirm suitability and availability before booking.

• Pickup time: Be at the meeting point by 9 am. The tour departs at 9:15 am, when boarding closes.

• Meeting point: Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station, stances 23–32, Killermont Street, G2 3NW.

• Return time: Arrival back in Glasgow is expected at approximately 6:30 pm.

• Tour language: All tours are conducted in English.

• Route changes: The itinerary may vary, with a different route order during winter.

• Midhope Castle: The castle closes during winter. Check the FAQs for the specific closure dates.

• Bag allowance: Only one small bag measuring up to 22 × 17 × 10 in is permitted per person. You must be able to lift and carry your luggage without assistance.
