Arrive at ICON Park and make your way to The Orlando Eye entrance, where staff will guide you to your capsule. After a quick safety check, step inside your climate-controlled pod and get ready to ascend into the sky for a smooth 20–22 minute rotation.

Electrically powered heavy wheelchairs cannot be used on the observation wheel for safety reasons.
