The view were amazing. We went with family and the whole experience was amazing. We also had late lunch there . The elevator right was one of the hi lights of the whole experience

The 9/11 museum is very impactful. Pieces of the previous WTC structure helped me understand the size and strength of it. Timeline explained exactly what happened. Artifacts demonstrated the impact on real people. Some of the audio was shockingly moving. Interesting discussion on the aftermath for victims. Many angles of the attack are explored. There is no discussion of the terrorists, motivations, organizations, methods, planning, their history and relationship with the USA, etc. The view from One World Observatory is incredible. We watched the sunset. The elevator ride was fun. I almost wish it was a little slower so I could enjoy the great graphics more!

The view is always awesome but Mother Nature wasn't kind that day. It was cloudy with limited view but we still enjoyed the experience

The over all experience was fine, the fire department truck and a metal beam or two a small array of pictures did not capture the horror that took place on September 11. Merely short of the gift shop just a money grab, which I did purchase something was just a money grab. My desire was to see true artifacts that occurred during that day. I found nothing that I already knew.

The standard ticket allows you to arrive at your selected time and skip the ticket purchase lines, but you still need to go through security lines.

The observatory is great for kids and guests of all ages. To gain admission, guests must be at least 17 years of age or be escorted by an adult.
