Love the experience at One World Observatory and 9/11 Memorial & Museum. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum was a very meaningful and heartbreaking experience. Especially having an in-depth knowledge behind the building and construction of the Twin Towers and also the stories of the survivors and those who have perished from the 9/11 attack. The One World Observatory was a wonderful experience. It was a breathtaking experience to see the 360 view from the top.

Es el balcón del cielo! Con una vista 360 puedes disfrutar de las mejores vistas de una ciudad que destaca por demostrar las increíbles capacidades del ser humano! Hicimos la visita durante la noche y quedamos impactados por cada lugar de Nerva York que se deja ver desde los impactantes 132 pisos de altura. Nos vamos muy felices de la visita

Hat alles super geklappt. Als erste Person um kurz nach 9 Uhr auf der Aussichtsplattform. Ich würde empfehlen, nicht mehr als 1,5 Stunden zwischen beiden Terminen zu lassen. Ohne große Schlange. Auch beim 9/11 Memorial ging es mit dem Onlineticket sehr zügig. 👍🏼

Since my ticket(s) wasn't on my phone, (I purchased them on my laptop) I depended on two customer service persons at the reception desk to obtain tickets from "headout." Since I was late for the first reservation, it was suggested that I go to the 9/11 Museum first, then come back to One World Observatory. The Museum was just what I expected it to be ... touching and "real." And the resilience of the people of the city, the state, and those who came from other states, and countries, to both search and rebuild speaks to the goodness in humanity. The views of the city from One World Observatory were outstanding, and being a former New Yorker - or Brooklynite to be specific - it was good to be able to see the changes to the city since I moved to Colorado thirty-three years ago. I am grateful/thankful to the "headout" associates, who working with the customer service personnel at One World Observatory obtained my tickets for me.

The observatory is great for kids and guests of all ages. To gain admission, guests must be at least 17 years of age or be escorted by an adult.

Children aged under 2 don’t require tickets but must sit on the lap of an adult.

The weight limit is 275 pounds or 125 kg per passenger, passengers who weigh more than this or close to this may have to wait for a flight that can safely accommodate their weight.
