Our guide, Adrian gave us a special and unforgettable experience. We came to the first spot and were so lucky!! Within the first minute, we saw e big stable northern light. He took fotos from us and he eveb helped with the camera settings. Adrian is very friendly, motivated and we enjoyed the time very much! The fireplace in the tipi, the sausage and tea was cosy and good, due to the freezing temperature of -23 defrees. Thank you very much!! I recommend this agency very much!! Hope to get the fotos soon :-)

Wir haben keinerlei Nordlichter gesehen, somit ist auch der beworbene Fotografen-Service komplett entfallen. Trotzdem wurde der volle Preis verlangt, was wir als sehr unfair empfinden. Bei stark bewölktem Wetter wäre eine Absage, Verschiebung oder zumindest eine Teilrückerstattung angemessen gewesen. Stattdessen wurde der Ausflug durchgeführt, obwohl klar war, dass die Chancen sehr gering sind. Für den Preis absolut kein Gegenwert. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht kundenorientiert.

Overall, the trip was decent. The highlight was our photographer, Gisel, who was incredibly patient and professional. Despite the freezing cold, she took her time, guided us through the process, and ensured we got amazing Northern Lights pictures. However, our experience with the guide ( who was our driver too) was disappointing. She was inattentive, barely answered our questions, and seemed more interested in entertaining another group. Our package included Finnish storytelling, but unfortunately, she did not share any of it with us. In short, while the photography experience was exceptional, the guiding service fell short of expectations.

This experience takes you deep into Finnish Lapland, one of the world’s best regions for viewing the Aurora Borealis. The tour is designed for large groups and includes expert guidance on capturing the Northern Lights with a professional photographer.

What’s not allowed

Unaccompanied children under 12 are not allowed; all children must be accompanied by an adult paying full price.

Pets are not permitted on the tour, except for registered service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the experience.

Smoking is not allowed inside vehicles or during group activities.

The tour involves walking on uneven, snowy, or icy terrain in natural settings.

Additional information

Northern Lights sightings are not guaranteed as they are subject to weather conditions and solar activity.

Minimum age for participation is 3 years; infants under 2 join free of charge.

At least 2 people are required for the tour to operate on weekdays and Saturdays; at least 4 on Sundays and public holidays.

Maximum group size is 8 guests per car for small group tours; large group tours may have more participants.

Be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. Departure time may vary; check your confirmation email for exact details.

If the Northern Lights are not captured by the photographer during your tour, you may join the tour again within 1 week at half price (subject to availability).

Children aged 3–11 must be accompanied by an adult.
