On the way driving to Normandy locations John gave an excellent background narrative of what was happening in the World politically leading up to the push back of the Nazis. This gave a much clearer picture of the sacrifice those fallen Allied soldiers made.

Went with my grandpa who served in the army. Emotional day. Guide was respectful and shared amazing stories. Cemetery visit was powerful. Lunch was simple but tasty. Thanks for the memories!
