Absolutely fantastic experiencing the zoo at night. The majority of the animals were out during the evening. The tram ride was extremely enjoyable as you got to see a number of animals that can not be seen on the walk. Highly recommend taking the tram ride during the show as we did not have to wait in the queue line.

The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. Everyone was very knowlegable about the animals. The commentator for the night ride through the park was very funny. The ticketing process was very seamless. Would highly recommend to visitors of Singapore.

The zoo and night safari were enjoyable. However, the ticketing experience was a nightmare. The site wouldn't complete the sale until we booked a time for the night safari tram (not entry). Turned out it was the entry that was supposed to be timed. So much misinformation and minimal useful info. And the fact that it's all part of Mandai Wildlife Reserve would have been useful to know.

Viele der Tiere waren gar nicht zu sehen und wenn man keinen Fensterplatz hat ist es noch schwieriger. Bei Regen werden Plastikrollos heruntergezogen die zudem die Sicht noch erschweren. Wenn man z.B. auf der rechten Seite sitzt kann man Tiere auf der linken Seite nur schwer sehen.

Lovely to see creatures active that you don't usually get to see. The enquiries office was also prompt & helpful in answering a question, which allowed us to fit the visit in comfortably.
