Really enjoyed the museum, gave an insight into sections of Amsterdams history and taught us some things that we hadn't seen from elsewhere like the squatters riot. The models were all great and it was great to see that it's a living breathing museum with models being made all the time! We also enjoyed the scavenger hunt that got us really interacting with the models like big kids😂

We had a great time at the Miniature Museum. I was on a school trip for a week, and it was easily our favorite place to visit. It was quiet, and we learned so much about the city in a short amount of time. It was just great.

Brilliant museum, you can learn about Amsterdam. My 9 year old loved it. Felt like you were going into an Amsterdam home with history blended into it. Lovely staff greeted us and my son had an activity to do throughout the museum and received a prize at the end. As for the miniature models absolutely amazing the details just are wow!!!🤩 loved it recommend to any age people.

We loved this place. The models are incredible and the history info is well presented. We were thinking you could have a harder scavenger hunt to get people seeing even more details. But it was brilliant. Highly recommend.

We found the exhibition fascinating. The models are amazing and it has just the right amount of historical information - not too overwhelming! Also being a fairly small museum it suited us. Staff were very friendly too.

BEAUTIFUL TO VISIT, found it after visiting another museum and seemed right up my street, popped in and it was so well done, loads of information, interactive and I'm so grateful I found it.

Journey through the city’s story as detailed models, created by Dutch miniature artists, recreate its neighbourhoods, landmarks, and key historical moments.

Admire signature displays including Dam Square in 1675, the Red-Light District in the 1990s, the Anne Frank House, and rural scenes such as Zaanse Schans, all rendered in fine historical detail.
