It wasn't busy at all! It was so nice and having the headset to talk you through everything was amazing. It was so lovely to learn everything about the caves and the animals found inside. The staff were very friendly and the walk back through the nature and forrest was the perfect way to end our experience.

Everything about our experience was great!! From the three young women who served/guided us to the cleanliness of the buildings and paths to the caves themselves. We felt like we were in a mansion with chandeliers when we walked in! Not too many people which was a bonus.

Cave is huge, easy to walk through and has many different formations, including roof sections caved in and moving apart. Great lighting and a skeleton.
