Die Tour selbst war fantastisch, alles perfekt organisiert und abgewickelt. Weiter so! Der Ticketerwerb dagegen war mühsam (Herunterladen der App, dann der Transfer der Tickets auf die App) und irreführend. Denn mit dem Ticket auf der App (einschl. QR-Code) konnte man nicht in den Bus einsteigen, sondern musste zunächst erst in der Zentrale ein weiteres Ticket (Voucher) erwerben. Erst mit diesem Ticket konnte man in den Bus steigen. Für dieses Ticket musste ich zudem lange anstehen und das Personal in der Zentrale war unfreundlich und genervt.

In terms of facilities, accessibility made maneuvering with a wheelchair seamless. The cool comfortable atmosphere onboard was a welcome reprieve from the heat during the midst of a heat wave. The narration was clear and gave helpful insights on each site. Most of all the sites along the tour were amazing. I would most definitely recommend that anyone visiting Paris takes this tour. It is one of the best ways to explore Paris.

The Big Bus Tour was conveniently boarded close to our hotel and hit the main landmarks. Don't activate til you actually board. We lost 15+minutes because there was a bus parked when we arrived but that was not the one taking passengers. It's not a lot of time but it could have allowed us more time the next day to ride to 2 atrás.

Nachdem wir die Haltestelle gefunden hatten (die Beschreibung war etwas ungenau), verlief die Rundfahrt -trotz vieler gesperrter Straßen und mega Verkehr einen Tag vor dem Nationalfeiertag- dank der Fahrkünste des Busfahrers unproblematisch. Vielen Dank.
