What a great experience ! We last went on the London Eye soon after it opened so decided to re-visit . It was well worth the decision to upgrade to the Champagne Experience- we totally avoided any queues, had a calm pre-flight experience at the reception bar in the historic riverside buildings and were then escorted aboard by the informative Stephanie to enjoy an uncrowded ride and a glass of chilled good quality champagne ! - definitely recommended 👍 Headout were great communicators and all the info re meeting / timings/ tickets were easy to access .

If you want to come to the center, sit on a cozy sofa, and enjoy some peace in a beautiful setting, this is the place for you. You’ll be checked on a few times to make sure everything is okay, and then a smiling couple will come to look after you—you’ll be in capable hands and enjoy their great sense of humor. This amazing journey had just one downside: it lasted only 30 minutes.

We had an amazing time at the London Eye! Our guide AJ, was lovely and so personable. He made the experience that much better, with great knowledge and fun stories of the buildings we looked out over. It was so much fun, it felt like it was over in a blink of an eye. Would defintely go again next time in town!

I booked the champagne experience for My Husbands 60th Birthday he loved it from start till finish, we had a pre drink in the VIP lounge and had fast track plus the group that was on there at the same time were really nice Thank you

Arrived late and the lovely staff still managed to get us sorted with no delay. Host did a fantastic job of taking care of everyone, would definitely recommend getting the upgraded package.

We took the champagne experience and got the real, VIP treatment. Skylounge and we also got our own wagon for to people with champagne without having to pay extra. Amazing

Arrive at the London Eye and head to the dedicated entrance for your priority entry. After your ticket is scanned, you will be guided toward the Eye Lounge where you can rest before a host guides you to the boarding area.

What to expect

London Eye

The London Eye is one of the city's most recognisable landmarks, offering panoramic views from its enclosed glass capsules during a 30‑min rotation. Enjoy priority fast-track boarding, exclusive check‑in from the Eye Lounge, and a private host serving champagne for your experience.

Look out from high above the River Thames as the wheel completes a 30‑min rotation, giving you time to take in London from multiple angles.

Glide past the regular queue with skip‑the‑line entry or priority fast-track boarding through the dedicated entrance at your booked time slot.

Enjoy a glass of chilled Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut, with a non alcoholic drink alternative available if you prefer, served by a private host.

Wrapping up
