We were Lucky that despite not consciously timing our arrival at the pick up o point we had a very short wait before boarding which was nicely organized, the vessel seemed clean and comfy and had every amenity needed such refreshments and toilet facilities, for the rival beating price the all day " hop on hop off" also included a live commentary of highlights along the trip delivered in a humorous manner which we and other passengers clearly appreciated . Very recommended.

The cruise was fabulous, however this has nothing to do with Headout, who made the purchase horrendous, ZERO service, nearly missed the experience as app doesn't work and when I contacted Headout on Monday they didn't answer, we had no idea where to use ticket or the timetable. We also nearly missed the next tour due to us trying to navigate with zero help or instruction. Never use this company, they are incompetent and unacceptable.

Really enjoyed our river cruise. Nice journey. Saw some interesting sights. Lovely staff on board with a really good guide who gave a humorous commentary during journey. Excellent value for money.

On a day visit to London my wife and I wanted to go on the Eye and take a cruise on the Thames. Headout gave us the option of buying the combined tickets at a good discounted price. It made our day, the London Eye is great, but what made our day was the river trip. The jetty was right next to the Eye. The boat was fine, with cafe snacks and drinks and toilets. Also instead of in the ear pre recorder commentary, on our trip the captain did a live commentary. He was very knowledge, interesting and very entertaining. You can get on and off if you wish and continue on a latter boat or stay on as we did for the round trip. Strongly recommend.

It was our first visit to the London Eye and we really enjoyed it. The weather was perfect for getting amazing views of London. The one day unlimited boat trim on the Thames was the icing on the cake for us. What better way could there be to see so much of London. The boat was comfortable with cafe and toilets. A special shout to the captain that provided a great commentry, both informative and amusing. Great
