It was a wonderful, incredible, and awesome experience. It was a first-time for us, two, 80-year-olds, and we thought your staff was so helpful in assisting us, not only on the ziplines and suspension bridges, but on those hikes and the steep stairs in the rain. Mahalo!

The experience was amazing for being a first time traveler and visitor to Hawaii. Kuloa ranch was beautiful and full of nature. The guides were amazing and very funny during my families zipline tour. The price is very good including shuttle rides and mini hikes to ziplines. One of my favorite things about kuloa ranch is that it supports Hawaii and the locals, rather than supporting any company that doesn't care about Hawaii and the beautiful nature. If you ever visit Hawaii you have to visit kuloa ranch it's a must. Thank you for making my Hawaii trip so awesome !

Fantastische Ziplines met gidsen die zorgen voor wat extra entertainment. Er werd rekening gehouden met alle niveaus. We lopen 3 tot 5 minuten tot het volgende platform. 1 gids voorop 2 achteraan. Zeer veilig gevoel. Bruggen werden eerst getest op gladheid. Duidelijke goede instructie heel veel plezier gehad. De busrit heen en terug ook top attractie opzich. Let op Pick up punt is ergens anders dan aangegeven bij Headout. Loop naar binnen door de winkel en check je in met je voucher bij de incheckbalie!

This adventure was definitely one for the books! It was on my bucket list and now with this great experience and wonderful tour guides to help me and my girlfriend can check it off the list. Mind you we are afraid of heights. But with the help and guidance of the zip line crew we were able to feel confident and comfortable enough to do what we feared most. Thank you all for such a memorable experience.

Kualoa Ranch was better than advertised. The zip lining tour was amazing and our guides made it even more memorable. I would highly recommend this adventure if you come to Oauhu.

Getting started

Arrive at the Ticket Office 45 minutes before your tour for check-in and a safety briefing. Then, collect your helmets and harnesses and begin your adventure.

What to expect

Zipline Adventure Tour

Kaʻaʻawa Valley, famously known as “Jurassic Valley,” is filled with stunning landscapes that have been featured in over 200 Hollywood films and TV shows.

Features

Seven tandem zipline sections: Glide side by side with a friend on lines ranging from 200 feet to a quarter mile.

Suspension bridges: Cross two sky bridges for an added rush of adrenaline.

Nature trails: Hike through multiple short scenic trails that connect the zipline stations.

Cultural insights: Learn more about Hawaiian traditions and stories as you explore the valley.

Hollywood sights: Spot filming locations from Jurassic Park, Jurassic World, Jumanji, and more.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID for check-in.

Wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes at all times.

Dress in athletic wear such as shorts, leggings, or t-shirts; avoid dresses or skirts.

Tie back long hair in a ponytail or bun to prevent tangling with the zipline equipment.

What’s not allowed

Loose jewelry or clothing that could get caught in the zipline apparatus is not permitted.

Accessibility

Pregnant guests or those who suspect they may be pregnant should not participate.

Guests with recent surgeries, spinal injuries, or ongoing head, neck, or back pain should refrain from this tour.

Participants with heart conditions, joint issues, or other serious medical concerns are not advised to join.

All participants must be able to hike on uneven terrain for 8–10 minutes.

Additional information

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Participating guests must be 10 years or older.

A liability waiver must be signed before departure.

The total tour time is about 3 hours, including safety briefing and training.

There are certain height, weight, and size requirements to be able to participate in the tour:

Weight must be between 70 and 280 pounds (32–127 kg)

Height must be between 4’8” and 6’9” (1.4–2.05 m)

Waist size must be between 22” and 50” (55–127 cm)

Upper thigh size must be between 18” and 28” (45–71 cm)

All guests will be weighed at check-in, and harnesses must fit securely per manufacturer guidelines.

Helmets and harnesses with straps across the waist, thighs, and shoulders are required for all participants.

Tour duration may vary slightly depending on weather conditions.
