Had a great experience with Headout! Booking was easy, everything went smoothly, and the whole process was hassle-free. Everything is so simple and easy to make reservation or ticket booking with Headout. And is secure too with the payment getaway. We had enjoyed the scene at the sky terrace even though the haze was an issue lately.

Une expérience géniale du début à la fin ! L’achat des billets en ligne a été rapide et simple, et l’admission sur place s’est faite sans aucune attente grâce au billet mobile. La vue depuis le sommet de la tour de Kuala Lumpur est à couper le souffle, surtout au coucher du soleil quand la ville s’illumine peu à peu. Le personnel était accueillant et les indications claires facilitaient bien la visite. Je recommande vivement à quiconque visite Kuala Lumpur !

La tour vaut réellement le détour, pour y voir toute la vue sur la ville. L'organisation et le suivi est top, les gens plus que gentil pour nous aider à suivre le parcourt

Present your mobile ticket at the counter to access the tower.

Observation Deck (276m): Indoor, fully air-conditioned gallery with 360° views.

Sky Terrace (421m): Outdoor platform offering panoramic cityscapes and fresh air.

What's not allowed

Luggage and personal bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” are not allowed at KL Tower.

Outside food & beverages are not allowed into this experience.

Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval.

Drone photography is not permitted unless authorized.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller-friendly.

Additional information

A child ticket is required for children aged 5 years and above.

Guests are required to check in using the MySejahtera app.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in the event of inclement weather.

Sunday, 20 Sep 2026: Due to a running event, the tower will operate from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM; visits/entry before 10:00 AM are not possible.

Kuala Lumpur Tower New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025): The tower will operate from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm; no entry will be allowed after 6pm, and all visitors must exit by 7pm.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
