Once you’re settled in, your journey from Kansai Airport begins smoothly. Whether you’re staying in Osaka, exploring Kyoto’s temples, visiting Nara’s deer park, or heading to Kobe’s port, this transfer takes you there stress-free. For airport departures, relax and enjoy the ride as everything is taken care of.

The driver provides 90 minutes of free waiting after your actual arrival, or 30 minutes if you book a specific pick-up time. Additionally, a rate of JPY 5,000 per hour applies (note that less than an hour counts as one hour).

All flights are monitored, so your driver will be aware of any delays.

Driver details will be sent out between the day before 6pm and up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Please be aware of your email or messenger apps (WhatsApp/Line/WeChat) for notifications.

The baggage limit is 36×25×53cm; oversized items count as 2. Exceeding the passenger or baggage allowance may result in missed boarding costs.

Reservations made between 10pm and 5:45am of the next day will be charged an additional late-night/early-morning fee of 2,500 yen.
