My wife and I took the tour of West Berlin. It was during a quite frigid cold snap that descended upon most of Europe in November. The warm reception of the Headout employees was a balm against the bitter cold - as was the bus ride. I particularly liked the witty 'conversation' that played out in the headphones; it was a creative way to point out all of the fascinating sites of this profoundly interesting city. I was impressed by the fact that Berlín's dark mid-twentieth century past was not glossed over, but rather, acknowledged in a way that seemed healthy - even therapeutic. One can easily feel like a stranger in a big foreign city but the tour, through its sights and stories, shared with fellow visitors, helped me connect with Berlin's soul and beating heart. Thanks for that!

Ich konnte mit meiner kleinen Familie wunderschöne Momente festhalten. Es hat nicht nur Spaß gemacht, wir konnten auch lernen. Die Fotos sind wunderschön geworden und ich kann gegen das Museum keine negativen Punkte nennen, nur die anderen Besucher nehmen nicht wirklich Rücksicht bei den Fotos

The ticket check-in was very quick — they just scanned the QR code, and I brought two tickets. The staff at the reception were very friendly; they ask what language you speak to assist you better. The museum is very dynamic and interactive, highly recommended for the whole family :)

Everything was fine, bus was warm even in dead of winter, but first bus sound was terrible. We moved around seats, all bad. Thought it was the system, but rode a different bus late in the day and that one was fine.

Can't say I we loved it. In the main it was OK, but one of the busses had a protective film on the windows which made viewing difficult and practically impossible when the sun was shining.

Interessant, wie sich unser Gehirn täuschen lässt! Das Illuseum ist ein grosser Spass, nicht nur für Familien.Wir (zwei Erwachsene mittleren Alters) habeb gestaunt, viel gelacht und tolle Erinnerungsfotos gemacht. Eine Stunde ist allerdings fast ein wenig zu kurz.
