Lovely experience and the night view is he best. I was in awe of the beauty of London from that height. The only downside was there was almost 20 of us in the pod and could not all sit down. That meant some of us were standing blocking the view for those sitting down.

We went to see westlife at the 02 arena, the cable car allowed us to see the arena from the other side and see how large it actually is, we were able to watch the climbers at the top of the arena too. We then saw a food festival that was happening on the other side and someone was water boarding too. It just made our whole day magical. I will definitely be back again soon as we would love to show my children and grandchild the other side of London. Many thanks for making our day special

The Cutty Sark was in excellent condition - a remarkable renovation. The Cable Car a totally new experince with great views/. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed the trip - apart the slightly high wind.
The slight downside is simply the difficulty & time in getting to both venues.

We went on a Monday and there was no queue so we hopped straight on. The weather was sunny and bright so the views were fantastic.
I really enjoyed the ride and being so close to the O2 meant lots of places to choose from for lunch.

This was a small part of an adventurous weekend in the capital. Having queued briefly, we were soon safely in a car and away. What an interesting way to view the River Thames and surrounding area. It felt like good value for money. Would recommend.

IFS Cloud Cable Car
- E-scooters, e-bikes and e-unicycles are prohibited on the IFS Cloud Cable Car in line with TfL policy.
Cutty Sark
- Outside food and meals are not permitted on board.
- Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage cannot be brought onto the ship for security reasons.
- Due to venue restrictions, your pets cannot tag along.
Accessibility
IFS Cloud Cable Car
- This experience is wheelchair accessible.
- The maximum weight for wheelchairs is 300kg, and the maximum size is 700mm by 1300mm.
- You get on and off through the same doors, so there may not be enough space for you to turn around. This means you may have to reverse your wheelchair or scooter to get in or out of the cars.
- The cable cars can be slowed down to allow you plenty of time to board.
- Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be turned off inside the cars.
- This experience may not be suitable for guests with vertigo, motion sensitivity, acrophobia (fear of heights), heart conditions, or anxiety disorders.
- For your convenience, your guide dogs are welcome to join you.
Cutty Sark
- Due to the historic nature of the ship, the experience may not be fully suitable for all mobility needs.
- A maximum of three wheelchairs can be accommodated on the ship at any one time to comply with fire safety and evacuation regulations.
Additional information
IFS Cloud Cable Car
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for boarding procedures.
- Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.
- You can either remain in the car and return to your starting terminal or get off at the opposite terminal and make your return at any time on the same day.
- The cars arrive every 30 seconds and carry up to 10 people.
- One-way journeys take up to 10 minutes but vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.
- The IFS Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close due to lightning and thunder in the immediate area or very strong winds.
- Bicycles are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car at all times. Guests with bicycles travel for free on the cable car before 10:30am on weekdays, excluding bank holidays.
- Children under the age of five travel free (when accompanied by a fare-paying adult). Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Pets are allowed in the cars but must be carried at all times.
Cutty Sark
- All children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- The downloadable audio tour is available with British Sign Language support.
- For a quieter visit, try to come outside of peak hours between 12pm and 3pm.
