The tour itself was great, our biggest problem was identifying the stop at which we wanted to join the tour. We could see it (no5) on the map but couldn't identify it on the Promenade des Anglais, asked a local vendor and he didn't seem to know either. Ended up going to tourist office where we were directed to stop 2, going in opposite direction, in time to see bus drive in opposite direction, which was what we originally wanted. Then had approx 30 minute wait for next bus at stop 2. Suitable "Nice Le Grand Tour" signage and logo at designated stops would clarify and simplify this issue.

We had a wonderful time touring Nice on the Hop On Hop Off bus! We were able to visit parts of the city that we would not have otherwise seen, and learn some fun tidbits of history at the same time. We especially appreciated the opportunity to spend a couple of hours in beautiful Villefranche and hop back on the bus to return to Nice. I highly recommend this trip for a great overview of this Mediterranean jewel.

Fantastic news experience on the Nice hop on/off bus tour. This tour is an easy way to see Nice & Villefranche and it's great value too. We were only in the area for a few days and wanted to see the landscape end to end - recommended!

Perfect for an quick easy tour of Nice. Some note worthy sights are not visible from the bus, requiring you to walk a bit to view.
