The process to get a ticket online was easy the bus driver was very friendly and accept the ticket and printed out a ticket for me to show when needed during the day. Was able to get on and off when I needed and the driver was very helpful at explaining everything and had answers to my questions

Bus was good, commentary good, driver good. App, booking and ticketing is really difficult. Much easier to pay the driver instead
