My wife and I took the tour of West Berlin. It was during a quite frigid cold snap that descended upon most of Europe in November. The warm reception of the Headout employees was a balm against the bitter cold - as was the bus ride. I particularly liked the witty 'conversation' that played out in the headphones; it was a creative way to point out all of the fascinating sites of this profoundly interesting city. I was impressed by the fact that Berlín's dark mid-twentieth century past was not glossed over, but rather, acknowledged in a way that seemed healthy - even therapeutic. One can easily feel like a stranger in a big foreign city but the tour, through its sights and stories, shared with fellow visitors, helped me connect with Berlin's soul and beating heart. Thanks for that!

The tour took us to all the important places and we would not have known about the Kaiser Wilhelm church if it wasn't for the guide. This was definitely a highlight. On the older bus some of the microphones didn't work. The joking was silly - we'd have preferred more information about the city The syncing did not always work.

Everything was fine, bus was warm even in dead of winter, but first bus sound was terrible. We moved around seats, all bad. Thought it was the system, but rode a different bus late in the day and that one was fine.

Can't say I we loved it. In the main it was OK, but one of the busses had a protective film on the windows which made viewing difficult and practically impossible when the sun was shining.

Es war wirklich praktisch, man konnte anschauen was einen Interessiert oder dran vorbei fahren. Länger verweilen und weiter fahren . Im Bus hatten wir immer einen Sitzplatz und nettes Personal.

The representatives stood on the footpath were all very helpful and kind. These people were ipen and were knowledgeable about what to see at the stops. My biggest complaint is that i was allowed to jump on the bus where all seats were occupied. I and my guests ended uo standing for 5 stops even when there was a notice saying remain seated when the bus is in motion. At one time i nearly fell down. This was unacceptable. The driver shoukd have told us to wait for next bus.
