This all-in-one cultural evening combines a riverboat journey, immersive street performances, Vietnam’s largest open-air theatre show, and a double lantern release ritual on the Hoai River.
Getting started
Meet at Bach Dang Wharf in Hoi An’s Old Town, where you’ll board a traditional long-tail boat across the Hoai River to Hoi An Memories Land—a riverside cultural theme park on an island. After check-in, transfer to the island and enter the park at opening time to start exploring and watching the mini shows before the main show kicks off at 8pm.
What to expect

Hoi An Memories Land: A vibrant theme park styled like an ancient town, complete with lantern-lit alleys, market scenes, and mini shows.

Mini shows: Enjoy cultural snippets like Viet Phuc, Nguyen Lord Recruited Soldiers, and Trai Ho Fighting the Tiger as performers animate the streets.

Hoi An Memories Show: In the open-air theatre, over 500 performers present a five-act spectacle, weaving 400 years of Hoi An’s history through music, dance, and light.

Seating options: Choose Eco (front or side views), High (central elevated views), or VIP (covered seating, private pathways, chilled towel, fruit, and bottled water).

Lantern release: After the show, return to your boat and drift on the Hoai River. First, set lily-flower lanterns afloat, then release glowing fire lanterns into the sky—a serene, symbolic finale to your evening.
