What's not allowed

Oversized luggage, large backpacks, and suitcases are not allowed at the heliport or onboard the aircraft.

There is no on-site parking at the heliport. Guests arriving by car should plan to use nearby public parking facilities.

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals.

Guests must not consume alcohol or drugs before the flight. Anyone appearing intoxicated will not be permitted to fly.

Accessibility

Children under 2 years old may fly free if seated on an adult’s lap. All other passengers must have a valid ticket.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.

Departures take place from the Downtown Manhattan Heliport, located at 6 East River Piers, New York, NY 10004, about a 5-min walk from the South Ferry subway station (final stop on the 1 train).
